Nairobi to Masai Mara

Your safari adventure begins with a morning pick-up at 7:30 a.m. from your Nairobi hotel, residence, or the airport. From there, you’ll drive to Masai Mara, enjoying views of the Great Rift Valley and rural countryside along the way.
You’ll descend into the Rift Valley floor, passing through Maasai territory as you approach the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve. Upon arrival, check in and enjoy lunch at your lodge or tented camp.
In the afternoon, you’ll head out for your first game drive in the reserve, home to a rich variety of wildlife.
Later, return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

2
Full Day in Masai Mara
Today is dedicated to exploring the Masai Mara in depth. After an early breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive across the vast savannahs.
The Mara is one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife destinations, hosting the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino), along with cheetahs, giraffes, antelopes, and more. If you’re traveling between July and October, you might witness the Great Migration, where thousands of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River.
You’ll stop for a picnic lunch near the river where you may spot hippos and crocodiles. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight rest.

Masai Mara to Serengeti (via Isebania Border)
After breakfast, you will check out and drive towards the Isebania border between Kenya and Tanzania. This route provides a scenic transition between two of Africa’s top wildlife parks.
Once you complete immigration and customs formalities at the border, you’ll be met by your Tanzanian guide and switch vehicles. From there, continue your journey into the Serengeti National Park, arriving at your lodge or camp in the late afternoon.
Depending on your arrival time, you may have time for a short evening game drive before dinner.

Full Day in Serengeti
Enjoy a full day exploring the Serengeti, one of the most iconic wildlife parks in the world. You’ll have the option of doing a morning and afternoon game drive or spending the whole day out with a picnic lunch.
The Serengeti is famous for its role in the annual wildebeest migration and is home to large populations of lions, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, and gazelles. It offers endless plains and diverse habitats, making every game drive a new adventure.
After a thrilling day of wildlife viewing, return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart from Serengeti with a game drive en route as you make your way to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Upon arrival, you will descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater. The crater is a unique ecosystem and supports an incredible concentration of wildlife including black rhinos, lions, elephants, hippos, buffalo, and flamingos.
In the afternoon, ascend to the crater rim, where you’ll enjoy stunning views and spend the night at a nearby lodge or camp.

Ngorongoro to Arusha
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before departing for Arusha, you can choose to be dropped off at your hotel or at Kilimanjaro International Airport if you’re catching a flight.
Alternatively, you may opt to continue back to Nairobi by road via the Namanga border.
